Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, leading you to cancel or reschedule your facial appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and offer exceptional service. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a minimum late cancellation fee of $75 will apply. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest level of service for everyone.

Late Arrivals: 

Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your service booked. In such cases, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Arriving more than 15 mins late will be considered a No-Show and a fee of $75 will be applied. Thank you for your understanding

Missed Appointments Without Notice/ No-Show's: 

Pleased be advised that missed appointments without prior notice will result in a $75 fee, and future booking privileges with Newbeauty Facial Spa may be revoked. Thank you for your understanding. 

Illness:

 If a client presents any signs of illness that contraindicates the service, the session will need to be rescheduled. This is to protect the client and the facial specialist.

Return Policy On Product Sales:

Our return policy allows clients to return unopened products within a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. After the initial 10-day period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returns. To initiate a return, please contact Newbeauty Facial Spa within the specified timeframe. Products must be in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a return. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
