Policies and Procedures:
Cancellations: In today's hectic world, unplanned issues come up for all of us. We recognize this fact, but if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, I kindly ask that you contact Newbeauty Facial Spa by phone, text, or email a minimum of 24 hours in advanced. This allows for adequate time to re-fill the open appointment time. In the case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment.
We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without a minimum of 24 hours notice. A "No-Show" appointment will be required to pay 100% of the value of the missed appointment before future appointments will be accepted.
Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late I may not be able to accommodate your service or services booked. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments scheduled. Full payment of your session will be expected.
Missed Appointments without notice:
Clients who fail to show for their appointment may be asked to prepay for future services. A "No-Show" appointment will void a gift certificate or pre-purchased services and client will be required to pay for the service missed.
If a client presents any signs of illness that contraindicates the facial or treatment (fever, un-diagnosed rash, contagious infection) the session will be rescheduled. This is to protect the client and the facial specialist.
ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CONFIRMED
